Zachriel Neurosciences Foundation (ZNF) is a registered Nonprofit in the State of New Jersey with a Federal EIN Number of: 92-3979961. We are assisting Fiscal Sponsorship Allies (FSA), our fiscal sponsor which is a Federally Registered 501(c)3 Nonprofit, with raising tax deductible donations for donors to the extent allowed by law. Please note no goods or services are, or were, provided in return for any financial contribution. We understand that you have many choices when it comes to donating to a charity. We are grateful for your trust and support. ZNF and FSA are committed to using your donations in the most efficient and effective manner to complete the objectives of the Zachriel Neurosciences Foundation which is to stop or prevent Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Mild Cognitive Impairment from destroying the minds and lives of once healthy individuals. ZNF will allocate the funds collected to the extent they are available to various programs and initiatives that help achieve this goal, including but not limited to:

• Completing our Final Pre-Clinical Study to confirm the ZNF Triple Combination Treatment remedy will slow, stop, and or prevent Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Mild Cognitive Impairment to the level required by the international PCT Patent Office.

• Funding additional research projects aimed at finding early detection methods for identifying when Mild Cognitive Impairment begins at its earliest stages in order to stop or prevent further damage to the brain.

• Conducting Human Trials using the ZNF Triple Combination Treatment medications to determine the best combination mixture to benefit the most amount of good for the most amount of people. 

• Support educational programs and resources for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in this field.

• Collaborate with other organizations and institutions to advance the understanding and treatment of Alzheimer’s and its related causes.

   

 A Fiscal Sponsor is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides tax deductible funding resources to other nonprofit organizations and charitable causes, generally for a specific purpose or a specific period of time. Often with the nonprofit foundation waiting to become a federally registered 501(c)3 entity itself, as is the case with ZNF. In the meantime, the Fiscal Sponsorship allows ZNF to raise funds that are tax-deductible for the donors making the contributions, and having a tax-exempt status for the Fiscal Sponsor that receives and manages the funds.

ZNF is responsible for raising the funds on behalf of the charitable cause and the Fiscal Sponsor, along with providing financial reports to FSA and to donors. ZNF is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding charitable activities and fundraising, and we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The Fiscal Sponsor provides donors with their tax-deductible receipts for the funds they donate, along with providing financial oversight on the project.
